The evaluation of the thermodynamic behaviour of turbocharger systems is a major task in the development of modern supercharged engines.
Therefore a turbomap is an essential experimental input data stock and allows a knowledgeable comparison between different turbocharger specifications.
In particular the results of 1D engine simulation tools (e.g. GT Power / AVL Boost / Ricardo Wave ) are greatly depending on the turbomap quality.
Each turbomap is recorded on internally developed and built hot gas turbocharger test rigs, therefore being able to guarantee highest quality levels concerning accuracy and repeatability of measurement results.
